Job description
- Optimize production processes and increase their efficiency
- Cooperation on the implementation of new technologies and production methods
- Resolve technical issues in production and propose improvements (CI proposals)
- Participate in lean manufacturing projects (Lean, Kaizen, SMED etc.)
- Work closely with the quality and development departments
- Technical education (university or secondary school level) in mechanical engineering, production technology, or the automotive sector
- Practical experience with production processes, ideally in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of process improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma an advantage)

- Czech or Slovak − B2
