Job description

  • Definition of a strategic framework of activities for a cross-departmental and cross-functional hub for customer insights research
  • Define procedures for translating customer insights into decisions, priorities, and process changes across the entire company in order not to be isolated.
  • Facilitation of systemic changes across departments and disciplines.
  • Conducting a gap analysis of the current state, identifying systemic blockers, and preparing proposals for pathways to eliminate them.
  • Building arguments and justification for why and how to connect processes, data, competencies, and customer and user needs, including presenting them in thematic working groups.
  • Translating complex topics into clear and practical steps.
  • Leading productive workshops with stakeholders and experts across the organization.
  • Development of a company-wide strategy implementation plan, including specific objectives and KPIs/metrics.
  • Creation of maps of organizational capabilities and competency maps.
  • Preparation and implementation of adoption plans, including recommendations for appropriate tools.
  • Establishing security and access rules, including governance, compliance, and third-party risk management within company.
  • Knowledge of VW environment and the field of business architecture, enabling the development of a realistic and feasible strategy.
  • Product development processes (PEP) experience.
  • Experience in leading and integrating complex strategic projects, including the use of strategic management methodologies (SWOT, PESTEL, Balanced Scorecard).
  • Change management, analytical skills, interpersonal skills, and stakeholder management, supported by certification in Project Management and/or Product Management.
  • Advanced in software tools: MS Office, Figma, Miro, process mapping using UML.
  • 5+ years of experience supported by certification in Product Management or Business Strategy Design.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading a project team, 5+ years.
