Value Stream Mapping Engineer
Analyzes and maps end-to-end production, logistics, and operational processes
Identifies waste, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and non-value-added activities
Reviews material flow, information flow, waiting times, inventories, and handovers
Creates current-state and future-state value stream maps
Recommends practical improvements to optimize flow, reduce lead times, and increase efficiency
Supports Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across the operation
Works closely with production, quality, logistics, engineering, and management teams
Uses operational data to identify improvement potential and track results
Helps standardize processes and improve overall operational performance
Experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, Lean, or process improvement
Strong understanding of Value Stream Mapping and Lean principles
Analytical, structured, hands-on, and results-driven
Good communication skills and able to work cross-functionally
